We sincerely hope that you will be fully satisfied with any Product(s) you purchase from us. However, given that all of our Products, whether Shop Products or Custom Products, are made to order and can take several weeks or even months to create, we do not offer any returns or refunds for any of our Products that you purchase. WE fully inspect all Items for quality control before shipping.In the rare event that you receive a Product that arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately by emailing order@casacuellar.com. Such notice must be sent no later than twenty-four (24) hours after you receive delivery, and must include your name, email address, and a picture and written description of the damaged Product. You must also return the damaged Product to us, at the address provided by us on the email reply, at your cost. We will discard and will not respond to any damage notice that does not comply with these requirements. If your damage notice is accepted under these rules we will email a reply with further instructions.
